Did you know that gratitude has been scientifically proven to strengthen your immune system and make you happier and more optimistic, as well as less lonely and isolated?

  1. Keep a gratitude journal;
  2. Practice present moment awareness;
  3. Think bigger than yourself;
  4. Share the love with your family and friends; and
  5. Replace complaints with gratitude.
